Today I was featured on Transformation Goddess: Divine Feminine Spotlight with Shann Vander Leek.

The intention of The Divine Feminine Spotlight series is to share transformational stories of women who have learned to walk in beauty, with the strength, courage, and pleasure of claiming their feminine sovereignty.

My real transformation began 15 years ago when I found myself burnt out and tired.

I was saying yes to everyone and everything – as long as I was needed, I was there.

YES was my best friend but she left me exhausted. That place of exhaustion lead me to an epiphany.

I decided I would learn to set boundaries and to say NO.

Before I knew it, I was on the island of Cyprus connecting with Goddess Aphrodite.

Self care for myself became my priority.

This also lead me to encouraging other women to be sure to take time for themselves. It was my way to “walk in beauty” which for me meant walking in love with and for myself at all times. It was about standing in my power, living my truth and living my purpose.

Today I thrive at a slower pace, a more loving me and the ability to say NO when I need to.
